PVC

Thermofoil Wrapped Products

Thermofoil is a process where heat and pressure are used to bond a thin layer of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) film to an engineered substrate made from MDF (medium density fiberboard). The result is a seamless surface that covers a panel's face and edges while the back is typically a white melamine.  Thermofoil doors come in a wide variety of profiles, colours and consistent grain options.  Reminiscent of five-piece wood door construction, thermofoil doors are a cost-effective alternative and are excellent for wear resilience and easy cleaning.

TFL (Melamine)

Engineered Wood Products

Melamine is a Low-Pressure Laminate (LPL) where a decorative paper layer is thermally fused onto a 19mm thick North American composite wood-based substrate. As a cost-effective alternative to a wood veneer slab; melamine doors excel in durability, colour stability, and are easy to clean and maintain.

PVC and Lacquered - MDF

Lacquered MDF is a two-piece routed MDF (medium density fiberboard) core door that has a high quality painted finish applied. Lacquered MDF doors are constructed from two pieces to allow for sharp corners and edge details thus stabilizing the core of the door which minimizes flex and mitigates finish cracking. A premium five-piece inspired door style with the elegance of a durable matte painted finish, Lacquered MDF offers extensive combinations of primary and secondary hand-crafted finishing possibilities.

Hardwood Oak, & Maple

Oak and Maple are premium North American hardwoods used in high-quality doors, available in a variety of profile styles as either five-piece construction or bookmatched slab veneer. Oak is known for its exceptional strength and distinctive open grain, making it ideal for absorbing stain and showcasing rich character, while Maple features a dense composition with a smooth, tight closed grain for a more refined and sophisticated appearance. Both wood species are finished with durable high-solid satin coatings that enhance their natural beauty. As natural materials, Oak and Maple each display unique variations in grain, colour, and texture, adding warmth, individuality, and timeless charm to every door.
