Warranty Information
Cortina Kitchens provides a one-year Limited Warranty to the original consumer purchaser, covering all material defects and workmanship in its cabinets from the date of delivery or installation. Hinges and drawer slides are backed by a lifetime warranty from their respective manufacturers. During the one-year warranty period, Cortina Kitchens, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any part or component that fails under normal care and usage conditions.

Excluded from coverage: countertop movement; laminate seam damage; scratches or marks after installation; swollen joints or misaligned components from moisture; cracks from shrinkage; hairline cracks in joints; natural variations and environmental effects; drawer slide malfunction from stone dust.

Care & Maintenance — Laminate Countertops: avoid standing water near seams; avoid heat near joints; corner sinks not suitable for laminate; high-gloss laminates not recommended for countertops; use trivets; use cutting boards.

Cabinet Doors: use exhaust fans; keep surfaces dry; avoid damp towels on doors; protect from sunlight; maintain humidity 45-55%; clean with damp cloth and dry.

Useful Information: natural aging may change color/grain; when cutting stone, protect slides; cover surfaces during paint work; avoid heat/moisture under uppers; maintain humidity; avoid water at cabinet bases.
